We'd love to introduce you to the world of fermentation, kombucha making, pickling, and preserving. We'll also use all these delicacies to create delicious traditional Spanish dishes.

 

That's why we're offering a brand-new package from  1 -  5 June 2026, exploring the world of food preservation and Spanish cuisine.

 

For just €595,- per person, we offer you the following:

• Flight Weeze - Alicante (return). Based on the base ticket price (€135) of December 18th, 2025*. Any fluctuations in the final ticket price (at the time of booking) will be factored in.

• Alicante Taxi Service - Forza Totana and vice versa.

• Overnight stay in one of Forza Totana's super-deluxe holiday homes (including bed linen and towels).

• Learn the tricks of responsible and sustainable food preservation, such as fermenting, canning, and juicing.

• Prepare delicious traditional Spanish dishes under the guidance of local villagers.

• A goody bag including a handmade and practical souvenir of the package.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (including drinks) are shared and based on a cost-plus price (estimated additional cost based on previous packages: €85). To ensure exclusivity, participation in this package is limited to 8 people!
