Villa ForzaI is a beautiful, spacious holiday home that is suitable for a maximum of 10 people.
The house has a private outdoor pool and a beautiful outdoor kitchen. Moreover, privacy is fully guaranteed!

A lovely private outdoor pool with luxurious sunbeds and an outdoor shower and toilet.

Around the Villa are terraces, equipped with a comfortable lounge sofa and ample seating.
Luxurious outdoor kitchen with BBQ
A luxurious outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired BBQ that can also be used for preparing paella!

Lightning fast WiFi network
Lightning-fast WiFi network with a wide range. The house has a satellite dish so that any desired program can be watched.
Living area and separate kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with all desired equipment such as oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee machine.
Air conditioning / heating
Cool in the summer, comfortable during the winter months.

Two bathrooms and a washing machine
Both downstairs and upstairs is a bathroom with toilet. Every house has a washing machine.
Spacious bedrooms & roof terrace
The Villa has 4 separate bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes, and a patio bedroom with roof terrace!
Prices
Due to the fantastic southern Spanish climate, we do not have a high or low season, not even in terms of pricing. That is why we use the following prices throughout the year:

€ 995 for a long weekend (Friday to Monday).

€ 1,125 for a midweek (Monday to Friday).

€ 1,540 for a week (for example, Saturday to Saturday).

€ 2,695 for two weeks.
The above prices include the use of electricity (up to 16 kWh per day), water, wifi, swimming pool and air conditioning/heating. In order to always receive you and the next guest(s) in a clean and fresh house, we charge a one-off €160 for cleaning costs. Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation.
