From 8 to 15 January 2023 we will let you experience what we mean by our motto 'life is movement and movement is life'. Many preceded you. A full week without television, newspaper and social media. You forget the time and you get rid of the hectic pace of your daily life. Back to basics under the southern Spanish sun. Time for yourself through a program with plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling, relaxing, exercising or just taking your rest. Let yourself be guided by the casual. In the two previous editions, we packed the following ingredients:

• Cooking workshop 'The Spanish kitchen' with a paella and/or tapas workshop.

• Pottery workshop.

• Hiking and cycling activities.

• Yoga workouts.

• Dance workshops including Salsa and Flamingo dancing.

• Cultural programs such as discovering historic Spain through the ancient excavations of 'La Bastida Totana' or visiting beautiful churches and cathedrals.

 

We will not deviate from this success formula in our upcoming 'all-inclusive' package, so be welcome! We have limited the group size to 10 people in order to guarantee ample personal attention and to offer you plenty of peace and space.
